How to export from your platform

Tradovate / TradeDay

Open the Account tab, pick the account, and open its reports (settings icon). Choose the tab you need, set the dates, click Go, then Download CSV.

Fills — best: powers scale-in detection, the fills chart, and win rate.
Cash History — exact dollar P&L and fees per trade.
Performance or Orders — also accepted.

Export one account per file. Don't upload both Fills and Orders for the same day — LionStrata will keep the first and skip the second so nothing double-counts.

NinjaTrader 8

Control Center → New → Trade Performance. Set the date range and click Generate. In the Display menu choose:

Executions — best: fill-level, powers scale-in detection.
Trades — paired trades with profit.

Right-click the list → Export → save as CSV.

Rithmic R | Trader Pro

Open Recent Orders (or Order History for older days), pick the account and date. Right-click the Completed Orders column headings → Add/Remove columns and include Buy/Sell, Symbol, Qty Filled, Avg Fill Price, Order Number, Status, and Update Time. Then Export as CSV.

Rithmic exports one day at a time. Times are read in your computer's time zone.
